Have you ever wondered what your AI assistant has learned about you from your conversations?

Overview

Not the personal details you deliberately shared, but the patterns in how you think, decide, work, react, and solve problems.

For most people, that could be either fascinating or mildly terrifying.

For a candid assessment, copy the prompt below into the AI app you use most often. The longer you have used it, the more useful the response may be.

Just remember: AI can recognize patterns, but it cannot read your mind. Treat the result as a thoughtful outside perspective—not a psychological diagnosis or unquestionable truth.

PROMPT

Review our conversation history and give me a direct, evidence-based personal assessment.

Base your conclusions only on patterns you can reasonably support from our exchanges. Do not flatter me, diagnose me, invent hidden trauma, or claim to know motives that cannot be verified.

Organize your response into three clearly labelled categories:

  • What you have directly observed
  • What you can reasonably infer
  • What you do not have enough information to determine

Then address the following:

What kind of person do I appear to want others to believe I am? How does that compare with the person my repeated choices and behaviour suggest I actually am?

Which fears, doubts, insecurities, or avoidance patterns may be influencing my decisions, habits, work, or relationships? Identify only patterns supported by evidence and explain your reasoning.

What recurring behaviour or decision-making cycle is most likely to limit my progress if I continue repeating it?

Describe two realistic future paths at one year, five years, and ten years: the likely outcome if I continue my current patterns and the likely outcome if I deliberately interrupt the most limiting pattern. Avoid dramatic predictions. Focus on plausible consequences and compounding effects.

Based on your assessment, identify the single highest-leverage area I should focus on during the next 30 days.

Choose only one priority. Include:

  • The specific outcome I should work toward
  • The first three practical steps
  • The behaviour or activity I should stop or reduce
  • One simple weekly measurement
  • One action I can complete today

Use specific examples from our conversations where they genuinely support your conclusions. Quote or paraphrase them accurately and explain why they matter.

Be honest, specific, constructive, and willing to challenge me. Do not confuse harshness with insight.

If our conversation history does not provide enough reliable context, say so clearly and ask me the five most useful questions needed before attempting the assessment.
